The work

You send a bounded set of incident records — a quarter, a product line, or a named run of severity-one events. We read them in chronological order and write a short brief on what the application health monitoring insights in those records actually contain: lead time from first signal to first page, missing signals, and the sentences operators wrote that never entered the official timeline.

Who asks for this

Post-incident groups who want a reader from outside the room, and managers who have a pile of tickets but no time to sit with them. It is not a legal discovery exercise and we do not appear as expert witnesses.

What you get

A brief of several pages, with quotations from the records you supplied, plus a list of questions the records do not answer. If you later commission a full health review, this reading can stand as the first week.

Price

From AUD 1,800 for a set of ordinary size. Very large archives are quoted after we have seen a sample. Send the bounds of the set rather than the files themselves on first contact.
