Privacy notice

Monitor Pulse Point is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through engagements. The desk is at Level 12, 77 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. Write to hello@monitor-pulsepoint.digital or telephone +61 7 5550 4300.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email address, optional organisation and application name, optional preferred week, the assessment you selected, and the message you write. From email and telephone: whatever you choose to send. During a sitting we may process names and work contact details of on-call staff that appear in the records you provide. We do not ask for health information, payment card numbers, or government identifiers, and the form does not collect them.

Server logs of this static site, if kept by the host, may include IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Cookie use is described in the cookies notice.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details to reply, to date a sitting, and to quote. We use engagement records to perform the assessment you commissioned and to keep a copy of the brief. We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing lists.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are kept for up to twelve months, then deleted from our mailbox and working files unless a longer legal hold applies. Engagement files, including briefs we wrote, are kept for seven years for accounting and professional record-keeping, then destroyed or anonymised. Cookie consent stored in your browser remains until you clear it.

Access, correction, and other rights

You may ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no remaining legal need, or complain about our handling. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

International transfers

Our practice is in Australia. If we use a mailbox or file host that stores copies outside Australia, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. Incident records you provide are kept in Australia unless you ask us to work in a system you control in another country.

Sharing

We share personal information with the people named on the about page who perform the sitting, with professional advisers if required, and with authorities if the law requires it. We do not share inquiry forms with advertising networks.
