The rate card

What a review costs in Brisbane

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Most work is quoted after a short scoping note, because the size of the incident archive and the number of environments change the sitting more than any label on this page.

How an estimate is made

Send the application name, whether we would sit in Brisbane, and a sense of the incident volume — “about forty tickets in ninety days” is enough. We reply with a figure or with the two questions that would change it. There is no monthly or annual switch. There are no starter, professional, or enterprise rungs.

A deposit of thirty percent holds a dated review slot. The balance is due on delivery of the written brief. Travel outside Brisbane is billed at cost with receipts. Remote sittings use the same rate card.

What we do not charge for

The first scoping reply, within two working days, is not billed. We do not charge a licence fee. We do not charge per-seat. If we pause a sitting because of a severity-one incident in your room, the remaining days are re-dated rather than re-quoted, unless the pause runs beyond six weeks.

If the scope is still unclear

Commission the Application Health Review rather than buying three smaller sittings in the hope they add up. The narrower assessments exist for questions you can already point to on a list or in a folder of tickets.
